M&D have been awarded the mechanical pipework installation at the Toybox student accommodation to be built on the footprint of the old Nautical Club on Bishopsgate Street in the heart of Birmingham.
Perfectly located in the centre of Birmingham, The Toybox provides state of the art amenities in stylish surroundings.
This 280 bed building was installed using offsite manufactured bathroom pods, M&D installed all domestic pipework and soil and vent to serve these.
M&D also fully installed all plant room works and rain water systems serving the entire building.
